"Penfold Pension - Contact Issues"
The phone number for Penfold Pension is out of service. The live chat feature on the app is also non-functional. Plus, the app doesn’t give accurate info. There’s a lot of confusion in the app’s documents. Cancelling through the app is a real hassle. I’ve sent emails but haven’t received any replies. The company receiving payments doesn’t have a phone number or an email to reach out to. It’s just plain frustrating.

I picked Penfold due to the great reviews, and setting up an account was super simple on their site—I was all set in under 5 minutes! The Penfold App is fantastic; the dashboard makes it easy to check balances and tweak plan risks. You won’t be flooded with emails from Penfold, but you will get occasional messages from real customer service folks! And let’s not forget the most important part: I’ve seen amazing growth in my pension in just a few months. I can’t recommend Penfold highly enough!

This app doesn't always function properly; frequently, when I attempt to use it, I get a message saying, 'something has gone wrong.' However, the team is consistently friendly and ready to assist when I call.

"Fast Pension Transfers to Penfold"
Super speedy process for moving my other pensions over to Penfold. All I had to do was fill in some info about my current policies and hit the transfer button in the Penfold app. I kicked this off on a Saturday, and by Wednesday, I got a message from Penfold saying the transfer was all done. Couldn't be happier!

At this point, everything seems alright, but I won't really know if choosing Penfold’s Pension services was the right call until I can check how my funds are doing in about a year.

"Fantastic Service and a Solution After Brexit!"
Moving to the UK after Brexit meant I had to find a pension provider to get employer contributions. Seems simple, right? Well, it ain't! The issue is that a lot of UK pension providers won’t take payments from the EU after Brexit, especially if the company doesn’t have a UK presence or business number. Lily from Penfold was a champ, spending months tackling my support questions. She made it happen! Our company is now all set up, and I finally have a pension plan in the UK when many others wouldn’t put in the effort. Big thanks to Lily!
